- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to amend pricing prior to order confirmation
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed
- Goods will be delivered within the agreed timeframe or within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
- Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery
Digital products are deemed delivered at the point they are made available for download or access.

- Items must be unused and in original condition
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
9.2 Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
Due to the nature of digital content:
- All digital products are non-refundable once purchased
- Payment for digital products is final and non-reversible
By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You waive your statutory right to cancel once the download or access has commenced, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
- No refunds will be provided unless the digital product is faulty or not as described
9.3 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
- Repair or replacement
- Refund where applicable
Issues must be reported within a reasonable time.
10. Distance Selling Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for most goods purchased online
This right does not apply to:
- Customised or personalised goods
- Digital content once access/download has begun
