Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with DJS Law. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Physical Products (Clothing & Merchandise)

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Personalised or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, a different size), please contact us at [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

2. Books & Publications

Returns on books and publications are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unread condition and undamaged. We are unable to accept returns on books that have been read, annotated, or damaged.

3. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty or incorrect item).

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Legal Services

This returns and refund policy applies to physical and digital products purchased through our online store only. It does not apply to legal services provided by DJS Law. Any disputes regarding legal services are governed by our separate Terms of Engagement, which are provided at the commencement of any legal matter.
